The temperature increased at 80 ºC for 15-20 minutes

Cold wash at 40 ºC and drain

Water filled and Acetic acid was added

PH check at 4.5

Leveling agent at 60 ºC for 5-10 minutes

Salt at 60 ºC for 5-10 minutes

Run time 10 minutes

Dyes at 60 ºC for 30 minutes

Run time 10 minutes

Check the sample

Soda ash at 60 ºC for 40 minutes

Run time 10 minute

check the sample

Colour steam

B D (Bath Drain)

Wash

Hot wash

Acetic Acid

Run for 20 min

Then unload the garments
